Hello Neighbors,

It’s time for our annual 4th of July BBQ! We are following tradition with our JCFD (Johns Creek Fire Department) Fire Truck Parade. The truck will be at the corner of Arborwoods Dr and Cortina Close (Mayfair side). A time has not been decided yet. I am still waiting to hear from the Fire Department. Children and parents are welcome to decorate their bikes/wagons/strollers and follow behind the truck to our pool. There will be fun in the sun as well as popsicles for the kids. Feel free to set up by the pool right after the parade. Bring your side or your dessert. As usual, there will be limited beer and kids drinks. Food will be served around 12:00 P.M. If you live in an even numbered house, bring a dessert (brownies, cake, cookies..ect). If you live in an odd numbered house bring a side dish (pasta salad, vegetables..etc) The HOA will provide watermelon.

I may have to adjust the timing of the fire truck and food as it gets closer.

Join us at the pool every Friday night this summer for our community cookouts! We’ll be grilling hamburgers, brats, hot dogs, and chicken and serving affordable family meals for just $4 per person. Each meal includes your choice of meat, chips, a cookie, and a drink.

The first cookout of the season will be Friday, May 22, 2026, and the last will be Friday, July 31, 2026.

Food will be served from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM, or until sold out.

We hope to see everyone there this summer for great food and a fun way to connect with neighbors!

We hope you are all having a good start to May. We are looking forward to Memorial Day and our Annual Shrimp Boil. It is the same as always. Head down to the pool on Sunday, May 24, 2026 around noon with your families and stake out your spot. Feel free to hang out and bring some snacks. Lunch will be ready around 2:00 p.m., so please plan accordingly.

Please bring your side or dessert to share – (Even houses bring dessert, odd houses bring a side) No watermelon, the HOA will provide that along with a limited supply of beer, soda and kids drinks. Bring your Stanley’s or Yeti’s to use our water filling station at the pool.

We can’t wait to see you soon!

Get ready to join in our annual Easter Egg Hunt at the Gazebo by the tennis courts. There will be eggs to find, a jump house, a craft and even a photo opp. Please bring a basket to collect eggs. We would love to see everyone around 12:30 P.M., but the Egg Hunt will start precisely at 12:45 P.M.

1st Friday of the month: Nov-April

6:30 – 9:00 PM.

Each host home will be announced in a monthly Evite. Also see the calendar for the schedule (Subject to change. Evite will be correct).

Join your friends as a neighbor hosts our monthly wine down! Bring your favorite beverage and an app or dessert to share. Please RSVP as you receive the Evite.

Hello Everyone! Please join us for our annual Labor Day celebration.Please come join us this Labor Day,

Monday, September 1, at the pool. Publix is providing the main dish but please bring something to share. If you live in an EVEN numbered house, please bring a DESSERT. If you live in an ODD numbered house, please bring a SIDE DISH.

You are welcome at the pool before and after food is served. Food is expected to be ready at 12:00 P.M. and will only be out until 2:00 P.M.

Calling all rising kindergartners! Join us at 9:30 am on Saturday, August 2 at the pool playground. We’ll have a treat for the kids and iced coffee for the grown ups! We’ll color a poster, take a picture, play, and have supplies to make a keychain for their backpacks! Siblings welcome, just let us know how many are coming!
