One of our neighbors will be competing in the Olympic Trials for swimming! Sebastien Sergile, age 17, qualified for the 200 meter butterfly! His event is the first day of competition, on Friday June 4.
This year, because of Covid, the qualifying meet for the Japan 2020 Olympics has been divided into two sessions – Wave 1 and Wave 2. Wave 1 runs June 4 – June 7, and is for the athletes who have just made the entry standard time. The top 2 finishers in each event will be able to advance to Wave 2. Wave 2 is June 13 – June 20, has a faster time standard, and the top 2 places in each event will represent the USA in Japan this summer.
Please watch (live stream) and cheer on Sebastien! Good luck Sebastien!
Members, please find a new neighbor addendum on the online directory. Welcome to our new HOA members!
Our neighborhood directory is printed every two years and will be republished this summer. Please take a minute to update your household information (phone nos, email, etc.) – log into Member Login. You will need to register there for an account if haven’t already. If you have any issues resetting your password, please contact email@example.com.
Also, if your children are interested in listing as a babysitter, pet sitter or lawn carer, please have them email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Kids, check your email for a ticket and schedule for free shaved ice from Snowie Atlanta Creations, our longtime neighbors Stan and Rachel Broach’s fun and tasty food truck!
Due to Covid-19 social distancing recommendations, we have opted to move our Annual HOA members meeting to a virtual meeting via Zoom. Board members will report on the budget and share updated information on the pool.
Members, please check your email for the invitation to our Zoom meeting.
There will be an opportunity to ask questions during the meeting.
Congrats to all of our college, high school, middle school and grade school grads!
Realtors and business owners:
We are grateful for all you do to make our neighborhood beautiful and sought after. To that end, we respectfully request no signage at the front of Mayfair or St. Clair. You are welcome to put signs across the street from the entrances if you would like.
Also, open houses that take place over the weekend should only be signed beginning on Friday and be removed right after the open house ends.
Thank you for your cooperation.
