Best HOA in the USA

On roads without a sidewalk or shoulder, Georgia law requires pedestrians walk as close to the outside edge of the roadway as possible. Further, pedestrians should run or walk against traffic so that they can see approaching vehicles. Unfortunately we don’t have sidewalks – the law states that pedestrians must yield the right of way to cars when walking on the road.

One of our neighbors will be competing in the Olympic Trials for swimming! Sebastien Sergile, age 17, qualified for the 200 meter butterfly! His event is the first day of competition, on Friday June 4.
This year, because of Covid, the qualifying meet for the Japan 2020 Olympics has been divided into two sessions – Wave 1 and Wave 2. Wave 1 runs June 4 – June 7, and is for the athletes who have just made the entry standard time. The top 2 finishers in each event will be able to advance to Wave 2. Wave 2 is June 13 – June 20, has a faster time standard, and the top 2 places in each event will represent the USA in Japan this summer.
Please watch (live stream) and cheer on Sebastien! Good luck Sebastien!
